XUI makes its wax debut with six frantic, pummeling tracks about killing cops, toppling control, and the terrorizing crawl towards industrial society’s inevitable collapse. Referencing 80s hardcore punk and the Bay Area bands that revived it throughout the 2000s, “REALITIES” slashes and stabs its way through the haze of generic bands capitalizing on the current state of the scene. Through violent dissolution, “REALITIES'' captures the hopelessness and desperation of the 2020s, and the doomed future that’s ahead of us.
